Your Feedback

We love to hear feedback, both positive and negative! It helps steer us in the right direction, make changes that will improve our systems, and keep up the good work when we get things right.

There are a few ways you can provide feedback to our team. For starters, you’ll be sent an email after you receive an order requesting feedback on your experience with us.

You can also make your voice heard on independent feedback platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews, our team check up on them regularly to make sure we see as much honest feedback from our customers as possible.

And of course, you can always get in touch with our customer services team, we are happy to hear your thoughts and answer any questions you may have about our services.

You will always receive a reply within 7 days.

We will log and analyse all complaints we receive so that we can monitor the types of problems, the best way to resolve them and how long we are taking to deal with them.
