    Yes. Sign in to your account on the website and select the option to make a repeat order.

  • What if the pharmacist needs more information?

    Our pharmacist will message you through your patient account. Ensure all required information is provided before 4pm for timely dispatch.

Delivery and Tracking

  • How long does it take to process an order?

    Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method.

  • How will my order be packaged?

    All deliveries use plain packaging. No external labeling reveals the contents, ensuring privacy. A return address is included for returns if necessary.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. The confirmation email contains a tracking number to monitor your order's status.

  • What if my order doesn’t arrive?

    Contact us through your patient account or customer support. The team is available Monday to Sunday for assistance.

  • What if my order can’t be delivered?

    Royal Mail will attempt redelivery. After 18 days, undelivered orders return to our pharmacy. Contact us within 4 weeks to rearrange delivery.
