We understand the importance of timely access to medication, and our commitment is to make the process as convenient and accessible as possible for our customers while ensuring affordability and reliability.
Important Information About Prescription Orders
All orders for prescription items must be approved by a pharmacist before they can be dispatched. If you choose express delivery, please note that the delivery timeframe begins from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. While we strive to process orders promptly, approval may take 24 hours from the time of making the orders.
Next Day Delivery Cut-Off Times
The cut-off for next day delivery is 3:30pm Monday-Friday and 11am on Saturday. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

- Returns
Our policy does not allow for any prescription medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have an unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy ad they will dispose of the product safely.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is accepted by the pharmacy.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return medication to us because it is:
a) Not as described
b) Damaged or faulty
We will refund the price of the medication, however we regret that we are unable to refund any delivery changes that you may have incurred.We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used to make the purchase. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.

We never use our brand name on bills, delivery papers or your bank statement.
All packages are completely plain, without any details of what’s inside or who has sent it.There is no indication of what’s inside the package or who has sent it. The packaging is plain brown or enclosed in an envelope and completely unmarked.
There are no markings on the parcel other than the address label on the front. There is also no mention of Pharmica or a pharmacy on the label, so no one would know it contains medication.
