  • What is Laxido Orange Sachet?
Laxido Orange is a laxative used to treat constipation and faecal impaction. It contains macrogol 3350, which helps to increase water retention in the stool, making bowel movements easier. Laxido Orange is available in sachet form and is mixed with water to create a drinkable solution with a pleasant orange flavour.

How does Laxido Orange Sachet work?
Laxido Orange works by drawing water into the bowel, softening the stool and increasing stool volume. This stimulates the bowel to contract, making it easier to pass stools naturally. The formula also contains electrolytes (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate) to help maintain the body's natural fluid balance.

    • Mix one sachet with 125ml of water and stir until dissolved.
    • For constipation: Take one sachet one to three times daily as required.
    • For faecal impaction: Take eight sachets daily over six hours for up to three days.
    • Always follow the dosage recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Laxido Orange is generally well tolerated, but some users may experience:

    • Bloating or stomach cramps
    • Mild diarrhoea
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Flatulence

Serious side effects are rare. If you experience severe allergic reactions such as swelling of the face or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately.
